Induction for New Members

Induction for new members is coming up on November 22. You and your parents are invited to join us at 7p.m. in the tech atrium. Nice attire is encouraged and there will be refreshments afterwards. We cannot wait to introduce you as an official National Honor Society member.

December Activity

For our December Activity we will be caroling at two senior centers. Because we will be leaving campus we have to get permission slips signed. If you need one, please visit Ms. Pitcher's room. We will be going on both December 6th and 7th. Come help make someone's day!

Service Opportunities!!!

Swim Meet Timers Needed!
Members who are willing to help time swimmers at the meets are welcome to sign up in the library with Ms. Bartlome. Timers are needed for several meets in November, December and January. It's a great way to get service hours in and is a lot of fun! For more information contact Ms. Bartlome in the library.

Help Tutor Kids!
St. Andrew School is in need of members willing to spend time reading and teaching math to kids at their school. It would be after school about two days a week. If you love kids and want to make a difference this is a great opportunity for you. For more information contact Karen Peer at St. Andrew School.

November's Activity

We will be meeting on November 2nd in the tech atrium. We will be tying fleece blankets to donate. Be there!

October 5th Activity

For our October activity we will be writting letters to troops at Camp Williams or men/women who are serving in the Middle East. This is a wonderful chance to thank the men and women who protect our country and our lives. Some troops never recieve letters and you might write the first letter they ever get. So please come:)

Applications for Juniors and Seniors

Applications for Juniors and Seniors are due by November 4, 2011 to Ms. Pitcher in room 2622. No Exceptions. Be sure to pay yearly due ($15.00 for new members and $10.00 for renewal members) and attach it to your application. If you do not have an application Ms. Pitcher has extras in her room. Sophomores are invited to join at the end of the first semester and before Feb. 15.

September Activity

Our first NHS Activity will be September 7, 2011. We will be getting to know each other and making play dough for the Silver Pups. We hope to see you there!
